- STEM Skill Development: 23,000+ students trained in robotics, IoT, and programming since 2017.

- Gender-Equal Training: Through the EMK Center Small Grant (2024), FronTech trained 24 Khasi indigenous youth, with 50% female (12), in IoT, robotics, and programming.
- Women Representation: 27% of FronTech’s workforce are women, including 1 out of 5 directors.
- Inclusive STEM Programs: Among 23,000+ students trained since 2017, over 30% were girls, breaking gender stereotypes in robotics & IoT.
- Women Leadership: The Chief Marketing Officer (female) leads nationwide robotics engagement, empowering girls to take leadership roles.
- Accessible Facilities: The Khasi project established a fully equipped IoT lab ensuring continued skill use for girls.

- High-Tech Workforce Creation: FronTech has trained 23,000+ students in IoT, robotics, and coding since 2017 across 55 districts and 500+ institutions.
- Indigenous Community Empowerment: The Khasi project prepared trainees for digital economy jobs and set up an IoT-enabled lab for future use.
- Employment in Future-Ready Skills: Training programs focus on Industry 4.0 areas (IoT, robotics, AI), preparing youth for freelancing & tech entrepreneurship.
